Offline Utility for Forms 145 & 146 Now Live

A new offline utility has been made available on the e-Filing Portal for Form 145 and Form 146. This tool empowers users to download, complete, and submit these specific forms directly from their systems.

Accessing the Utility

Taxpayers can locate and utilize this new feature by navigating to the "Downloads" section on the e-Filing Portal, then proceeding to "Income tax Forms," and finally selecting "Income tax Act, 2025" to access the utility.
