Extended Deadline for TDS Certificates (Q3 FY 2025-26)

The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has announced an extension for the timeline to issue Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) certificates. This order, issued under section 119 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, applies to TDS certificates under section 203 for the quarter ending December 31, 2025.
